Information we collect
The Service collects the following.
- Email address — for identity verification and notices
- What you enter on your card — name, affiliation, contact details, introduction, links
- Exchange records — when, whose card, and by which route you received it
- Card information — the identifiers of the cards you hold, and when they were activated
- Order information — what you bought and where it shipped (only if you bought something)
- the artwork you submitted — when you order a custom-design card. We store the front and back images themselves
- Information from campaign entries — the name and address we need to send a prize (only if you enter)
- 会社に渡した名刺 — 法人プランのカードをお使いの方が、受け取った名刺のうちご自身で選んで会社に渡した場合のみ。 渡していない名刺と交換の履歴は、会社からは見えません。渡したものはいつでも外せます
- お問い合わせでいただいた情報 — お名前・メールアドレス・会社名・お問い合わせの内容。 フォームから送信された内容はメールとして届き、本サービスのデータベースには保存しません
- Notification target — only if you allow notifications in the app. We store the identifier your device issues, so we can deliver shipping and announcement notices. We do not collect anything about the device itself or your use of other apps
We do not collect browsing history or track you for advertising. We do not use analytics tools either.
How we use it
We use the information we collect to provide the Service, ship cards, send notifications, answer your enquiries, send campaign prizes, and comply with the law. We do not use it for anything else.
We use the artwork you submit only to make that card. We use it for printing, content review, inspection and answering your enquiries, and for nothing else (Terms, Article 12).
Sharing with third parties
We do not share it with third parties except in the following cases.
- Showing what you published as your card to whoever taps it
- Entrusting it as far as necessary for payment (Stripe) and shipping
- Responding to a lawful request for disclosure
We do not show your sign-in email address even to people who received your card. Contact goes through the Service's enquiry feature, and the destination is resolved only on the server.
Retention
We keep the information while the account exists.
We delete shipping addresses for orders more than a year after dispatch. The order records themselves are kept as required by law.
We delete the name and address given to us for sending a campaign prize as soon as the prize has been dispatched.
The artwork you send isWe keep it without a set period. This is so we can check later what was printed on which card; it is needed as a production record. Even if you delete your account, the artwork itself remains. However, we delete the record of who submitted it.
Delete your account
this page, or the app's settings screen, lets you delete your account at any time. Deleting it loses your email address, your card content and your exchange records.
Deletion cannot be undone. Order records we are required by law to keep are retained in a form that cannot identify you.
If you order a custom-design card,the artwork you submitted itself remains(see "Retention period" above). We delete the record of who submitted it, so the artwork cannot be tied back to a user.
Cookie
Used only to keep you signed in and remember the card you last opened. We do not use cookies for advertising or analytics.
