Hand them out across your company

For companies

The company hands out cards, and when someone leaves itcan be revoked. Employees keep using their own tapuda account.

What it does,

Hand out, see, revoke. Those are the three things the company does.

We can print your logo on the card

By arrangement, we can place your company logo on the front of the card.

The logo is printed about 8mm wide, so fine lines and small knocked-out text can fill in. We make a test print from your data and check the result before going ahead.

What the company sees, and what it does not

You can see whether it is in use. You cannot see what the card says or its exchange history.

The card is written by the person themselves, andthe company cannot rewrite it.

Getting started

Five steps, from your first message to shipping.

  1. Contact the address on the right (tell us the quantity and the kind)
  2. We send you a quote
  3. If you want names printed, send us a list (one name per line)
  4. We send you an invoice
  5. Once payment is confirmed, we make the cards and ship them
  6. We set up the company screen for your administrator

Whoever will administer it should sign up for tapuda first. It is free. You can sign up without a card. We do not create accounts on their behalf.

Frequently asked questions

Tap to see the answer.

Is there a link to invite employees?

No.The card itself is the invitation. Whoever taps the card you handed over takes that seat.

We do not use links because links leak — forwarded, screenshotted, left with someone who has resigned. An outsider could take a seat, and while they hold it the real employee cannot. A card cannot be copied.

Can you print names?

Yes. Send us a list of names andWe make them one at a time. Each card is assigned to one person, so you can hand them out without mixing them up.

A printed name is only on the surface of the card;tapuda does not hold a record of which card belongs to whom.

What happens when an employee leaves?

From the company screenrevoke that card. Tapping it no longer opens the card.

Their own account and cards remain. The cards they received stay theirs too.is not something the company can erase. You can undo a mistaken tap.

If an employee also uses tapuda personally

They keep working. Company cards arecounted separately from the cards they hold personally.Even if their personal card slots are full, they can still receive a company card.

The company screen shows only company cards. Personal cards and exchange history are not visible.

What happens if we stop paying the base fee?

Cards already handed out keep working. Cards your staff handed out do not stop working.

What stops is the company admin screen. You can no longer hand out new cards or revoke them.
